Sales and Marketing Assistant
1. About the JOB & TASKS
This position combines the essential roles of both sales and marketing, with a primary focus on social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks encompassing both sales assistant duties, such as managing customer orders and logistics, and marketing assistant responsibilities, particularly in creating and executing social media strategies. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to both the sales pipeline and brand presence through engaging content creation, campaign management, and customer interaction across digital platforms.
Marketing Assistant tasks:
Propose content ideas for marketing campaigns.
Participate in content creation, including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Edit, schedule, and post content across social media platforms.
Implement marketing campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
Manage social media accounts and calendars, engaging with followers as needed.
Organize and maintain asset management systems for marketing materials.
Collaborate with graphic designers to create engaging visuals and copy.
Sales Assistant tasks:
Support ongoing sales efforts by handling administrative tasks.
Manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Coordinate logistics for direct orders, including shipping quotes and arrangements.
Provide support for sales team activities and initiatives.
2. About US
Goons is a dynamic atelier where we design and hand-build collectible custom furniture, experiment with new materials and fabrication techniques, conduct photoshoots, organize collaborations with various creative companies, galleries, and individuals, coordinate with clients, and manage global shipping.
Goons is represented globally through 4 different galleries. The work of Goons has been featured in AD Collector, AD France, AD Italia, AD Germany, AD Middle East, Elle Décoration, Milk Decoration magazine, and more.

Setting up spreadsheets, social media calendar and automation setups are easy for you.
You’re smart, enthusiastic, love to do great work and eager to learn.
You are highly committed to your work and capable of managing your own time.
4. Non negotiables
Fluency in English and French.
Strong competency in InDesign, Excel and Photoshop.

Compensation will be negotiated during the interview process based on the candidate's experience and the overall strength of their application.
